Sunset Hill Nordic Center
Sunset Hill offers a full, State-registerd nordic ski and snowshoe center, with over 30km of track set and back country trails, across our 60+ acre wildlife preserve, and adjacent woodlands. The center is open dawn to dusk.

The Complete Ski & Stay at Sunset Hill House
The perfect downhill & nordic winter getaway. Enjoy cross-country skiing and snowshoeing on site, plus discount lift tickets to Cannon Mountain, Loon Mountain and Bretton Woods for downhill, a full skiers cooked-to-order breakfast each morning with a view of the trails, PLUS a 3 course gourmet dinner overlooking the mountains in our acclaimed Restaurant at Sunset Hill every night of your stay. Your Nordic trail passes and snowshoe rentals are included in this great package. Downhill passes may be purchased at a discounted rate separately. Rate varies by date and mountain.

Sunset Hill House is surrounded by three fabulous ski mountains: Cannon Mountain, Loon Mountain and Bretton Woods Resort. You can even see the Cannon Mountain Tram from breakfast and half our guest rooms. There is no better, or more centrally located, place for a complete ski and stay vacation than Sunset Hill House.

Loon Mountain Ski Discounts

Nordic Skiing and Snowshoeing Packages
The Sunset Hill Nordic Ski & Snowshoe Center is open all-day and evening for cross country skiing and snowshoeing fun. Enjoy 20 km of groomed trails and lots of back-country skiing atop our ridge or within our 70 acres. Glide through the woods to the historic Franconia iron mines, or trek to the top of Ore Hill for a great workout and more fantastic views. Full snowshoe and some cross-country ski rentals on site.
