Rooms & Rates
Here is a multi-page list of all our rooms, in room number order, with photos. As for the rooms with no photos, stay tuned for new pictures coming soon! All rooms feature private baths and great mountain views, and include full breakfast. Some hints to help you:
- We have two buildings. In the main inn, odd numbered rooms offer the premier White Mountain View.
- Even numbered rooms overlook Vermont's lovely Green Mountains.
- Rooms starting with HH are in our Hill House - the historic managers' quarters 50' from the main inn.
- Lovely superior traditional rooms are numbered 206, 209, 301-304, and HH 4, 6 & 8. They are newly remodeled, with rates from 179-249.
- Rooms 205, 206, 209, 211, 301, 302, 303, 304, 305, 307, 309, 310 and HH4 were recently remodeled as part of an entire inn renovation project. Stay tuned for more rooms!
Luxury amenities, by room:
- Fireplaces: 201, 202, 204.
- Two-person jetted tubs: 307, 308, 309, and HH7
- Fireplace and jetted tubs: 203, 205, 305 (one person tubs) and 310 (two person tubs)
- Master suites have a jacuzzi for two, fireplace, living room, deck and separate bedroom. Look for 211 (in the main inn) and HH1 (in our annex building).
- Claw Footed Tubs: 202, 303

This corner beauty in our turret on the first floor offers a beautiful sitting area, small desk, and lovely queen bed. Couple that with its gas fireplace and jetted soaking tub (its 4’ long, but 2’ deep!), and you’re in for a great and relaxing stay. View More Information

Grand 201
This very large, grand, corner room overlooks the stunning White Mountains of New Hampshite. Decorated in soft rose and blue coordinating treatments, it offers a queen spindle bed and small sitting area. Currently, the century old fireplace sits as a reminder of the 'grand old days'. We hope to convert it to gas soon! The bath is small but fully modernized with step-in shower. It is one of our most popular rooms. View More...

Grand 202
Our turret room is among our most popular, with a 4-poster queen bed and gas fireplace. You'll enjoy the armchairs in our signature square turret, surrounded on three sides by windows -- a perfect spot for a book, and a great place to watch the sun set. In winter months you can see through the trees to Mt Washington and the Presidential range as well. Decorated in rose florals, you'll appreciate the cozy duvet. This is our most popular room. A beautiful king sleigh bed and corner gas fireplace (thermostat operated) welcome you. Surround yourself in burgundy and ivory walls and linens. This large room greets you with a glowing gas fireplace and a king 4-poster bed. Nancy especially loves the elegant bedside lamps in this room. Decorated in ivory and burgundy floral, it offers a desk in a bay window – perfect for postcard writing as you take in the sunset. A small flat panel TV is great for late night relaxing.
